Bio
We are pleased to welcome Mike Yearwood as our new Senior Coach.
Coach Mike has been head coach at QDD Aquatics in Virginia and the Clearwater
Aquatic Team in Florida. As an American Swim Coaches Association Level
5 Coach, Coach Mike has led his teams and swimmers to state championship titles,
Olympic trials, and was proud to coach Peruvian swimmer Jose Crescimbeni
from his days as an 11-12 age group swimmer to swimming in the 200 fly
in Beijing. Exciting times are ahead for LAC! Coach Mike’s years
of success, combined with the coaching expertise of our current staff
will achieve our plan of providing something for swimmers at every level,
and managing our team’s growth in size and talent.
