Bio
Coach Taylor started swimming in the 6th grade and immediately fell
in love with the sport. She continued swimming all through high school.
She swam for KST and the Keller high school swim team. She helped break
three school records in the 200, and 400 freestyle relays and the 200
medley relay, two of which still stand. She was the 05'- 06ʼ Varsity
swim team captain and earned the "Most improved" and "Friendliest" award.
She went to finals for 5A high school swimming in many sprint freestyle
events. She was offered a swimming scholarship at Niagara University
in New York. She has coached the Keller Baracuddas TAAF team for 3 summers
now. She has also helped coach numerous middle school programs, as well
as coaching Dolphin stroke and pre-team for the KISD natatorium. She
is the silver and Senior 3 coach for LAC in Flower Mound. She has worked
at 3 out of the 4 LAC pools. She is currently going to the University
of North Texas where she is getting her bachelors in Kinesiology and
minor in Health studies. She is a member of the National Honor scholar
society. She is the proud owner of two fish, Sebastion Watergate and
Karen. She also has two wonderful dogs, Gabby and Zoey. She loves reading,
working out, and going on the lake with her family and boyfriend. She
can usually be found on deck with a booming voice and a large smile.
