Workouts are structured according to each swimmers ability level. Anyone who can swim can fit into the group with no problem. You do not need to be in shape or a skilled swimmer to start - that is what the practices are for!

4:45 AM - 6:00 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays (By special arrangements with coaches.)

FEES
$32.00 per year for US Masters Swimming registration. Download registration here.
$35.00 per month for club dues.
