To sign up your athlete for the Lakeside Aquatic Club, parents need to fill out the LAC Registration Form 2009-2010 and the USA Swimming Athlete Registration 2010 form. Athletes will need to submit two copies of their birth certificates along with the registration forms. Please read LAC's Volunteer Obligation, Swimmer Code of Conduct, and Parent Code of Conduct. A breakdown of team fees can be found under the "Fees & Dues" button on the right side of the web page. A submission of registration forms is an acknowledgement, by both the parents and athletes, to uphold the rules and obligations of membership as described in all LAC team policy.
