Spring Break: March 12-21

Spring Break will begin on Friday, March 12. Regular practice schedules will resume on Monday, March 22.

 

LAC Lap-A-Thon to be Held on March 27

On Saturday, March 27, LAC will be holding a Lap-A-Thon from 8-10 am. Swimmers from the Denton and The Colony will be swimming at The Colony site, and all swimmers from the Flower Mound and Keller will be swimming at the Keller site. All athletes are encouraged to take part in this team-wide fundraising activity. There will also be a silent auction of themed baskets from each site. Volunteers Requested

Hello LAC!

The time has finally come to request volunteers for the 2010 spring semester! LAC will be hosting 4 meets from January to July 2010 and we need volunteers to donate their time and talents to ensure we keep the tradition alive in North Texas. For those of you who are new to swimming this year, LAC has the reputation of running the finest meets in the area and that takes the dedication of all the volunteers who give their time to the team.

The January meet is an "A" meet and is located at The Colony pool. We will need volunteers for Friday-Sunday. In order to volunteer, please send me an email with the following information:

Date you would like to work
Position you are requesting

After receiving your request, I'll send you a confirmation email securing your selection. Each session worked is worth 5 points. You need 20 points to fulfill you volunteer requirements for the team.
